OARRS will be unavailable on Saturday, September 5th from approximately 9AM to 1PM. Users will be unable to access any patient prescription history reports for the duration of this outage. This also applies to automated services such as NarxCheck.
Please be advised that mandatory requests of patient information required by law and administrative rule do NOT apply if the system is experiencing an outage. Prescribers should notate the outage in the patient’s medical record.
